Master’s Program in Conflict Management and Resolution Scholarship
Are you a dedicated and passionate individual eager to contribute to global peace, social sustainability, and conflict prevention? A prestigious scholarship is now available for a qualified candidate to enrol in a Master’s Program in Conflict Management and Resolution, beginning in Fall 2025, at the University of San Diego (USD).
This unique opportunity seeks to empower future leaders by providing access to world-class education and fostering a community of peacebuilders committed to creating sustainable and harmonious societies. The scholarship will support individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Fluency in English: Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English through previous college-level coursework or standardized tests such as the TOEFL.
- Educational Background: Candidates must have completed their undergraduate education and be prepared for graduate-level coursework.
- Professional or Volunteer Experience: Experience through employment, internships, or volunteering that reflects a commitment to careers in peacebuilding, social sustainability, or conflict prevention and resolution is highly valued.
- Citizenship of the People’s Republic of China: Eligible applicants should be citizens of the PRC who can serve as cultural ambassadors, sharing how their upbringing shapes their worldview with peers and faculty.
- Commitment to the Program Schedule: Successful applicants will begin their studies in Fall 2025 and complete the program over three semesters (Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and Fall 2026).
- Global Grant Peace Scholar Role: Scholars must commit to fulfilling the responsibilities of a Global Grant Peace Scholar, including:
- Making presentations to District 5340 Rotary Club and Rotary District meetings.
- Completing reports required by the Rotary Foundation Global Grant guidelines.
