Executive Coaching and Management Consulting, mostly on Corporate Culture, Leadership.
What would you like to share with our readers about your family?
Mix origins, half come from the Guanches in Canary Islands (descendants of the Vikings from northern Europe) original inhabitants, half comes from the Spanish Conquistadores of the Canary islands from norther Spain.
What are your hobbies, apart from RCS?
Rock climbing, Latin Dances, Spanish Guitar, Philosophy and Mindfulness, HIIT, Yoga
How do you recharge your battery?
Socializing and exercising 50% and reading and meditating another 50%

The power of now (Eckhart Tolle). Brings into day to day life all the ancient wisdom of ancient Buddhists and yogis. Teaches you how to be present and fully conscious of the now. A must read.
