Our April 1st meeting was bittersweet as we said goodbye to Carlotta. She has contributed significantly to our club, including editing this magazine! We wish her all the best in her new life outside of Shanghai.

During the meeting, Sean B. Stein discussed China-USA relations, especially in light of the Trump presidency. The night concluded with a fun auction, where, happily, another Snowland plate was auctioned. It was decided that all proceeds from the night would support the disaster relief for the Myanmar earthquake.

A great night was had by all, as Rotarians learned valuable information about the current global situation and were also able to contribute to an important cause.
