About Rotary Shanghai

Serving the community since 1919

The Rotary Club of Shanghai is part of Rotary International, an international service organization.

The Rotary Club of Shanghai meets on a weekly basis to provide a forum for established and new businesses and community leaders to meet, exchange and join in service projects. Rotary members believe that we have a shared responsibility to take action on our world’s most persistent issues. The Rotary Club of Shanghai and 35,000+ clubs work together to:

  • Promote peace
  • Fight disease
  • Provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene
  • Save mothers and children
  • Support education
  • Grow local economies

Weekly Meetings

Our general weekly meetings, usually featuring a guest speaker, are held every Tuesday from 18:30 to 20:30 at the Hualuxe Hotel. However, we sometimes change the venue for fellowship meetings. Please check the calendar page for details.
