When did you join RCS and who was your sponsor?

I am a member for many years already. My sponsor was Christian Weidemann.

Where are you hailing from?

I am from Germany. Born in Mannheim, grown up in Bochum (Ruhr Area).

What are you doing professionally?

I am holding the position of Executive Vive President at Dongfeng Transmission Co., Ltd. in Wuhan, a Joint-Venture of Magna.

What would you like to share with our readers about your family?

I am married to a Hong Kong woman. Our daughter will soon be 13 years old. We enjoy travelling during vacations and all various kinds of food at the weekend.

What are your hobbies, apart from RCS?

I try to keep me fit with some sports. And I enjoy visiting Soccer World Cups around the world, such as 2014 in Brazil and 2018 in Russia.

How do you recharge your battery?

Just relaxing

I listen to all kinds of audio books while being in the car.

What is your favorite place in Shanghai?

I live in Wuhan now. Different every day.

What is your advice to any new member of RCS?

1/3 make things happen; 1/3 wonder what happens; 1/3 join the first group.
