RCS Speaker Meeting October 17, 2023

Masterfully led by our VP Jeff, we held a cozy meeting in the restaurant of our new home, Hualuxe, with some first-time visitors and some old friends who came all the way from London to attend our meeting. 😊

They witnessed a very insightful and important presentation by our new member, Joanna CF, on “Dos and Don’ts for MNCs in Cross-border Data Flow.” A senior lawyer, Joanna spoke about administrative and criminal legal risks in cross-border data flow and how MNCs should deal with them. She also mentioned some related cases.
