Career Empowerment Program (CEP)

Project Overview

This service project has been created and facilitated by the Rotary Club of Shanghai and Toastmasters Leadership Shanghai to

  1. leverage the career expertise of our members to provide career mentorship;
  2. provide career guidance for students and members of our community;
  3. provide an opportunity for members to engage in a service project.

Rotarians usually meet their mentees once for an online mentoring session of about 60 minutes.

Major achievements

  • RCS members and friends mentored more than 150 students and community members

How can you support?

Volunteer 90 minutes of your time to attend the next CEP mentoring activity.

RCS/Youdao Family Day with Migrant Kids

Youdao is a small organization founded in 2005 with a simple and meaningful goal: supporting and helping migrant workers children and their families, with both donations from their partners (and Rotary is one of them) and activities held in schools and kindergartens.
